The Operational AI Conference: Where Mission-Critical Work Happens Hear how Cummins, Blue Origin, BASF, and STMicroelectronics are putting AI into production across the systems that actually run their businesses.
Why attend
You know AI has more potential than it's delivering to your organization. But your mission-critical work building engines, developing molecules, and connecting network infrastructure doesn't happen in email or word. It lives in your systems of record, your technical knowledge systems, and documents and decisions that run the business. That's where AI has to reach, yet it's the least connected systems.
Operational AI connects to where your work is: running agents on trusted enterprise data, at scale, under the governance and security mission-critical work demands.
Inform New York brings together the leaders and practitioners putting that into production. Across keynotes, product deep-dives, and breakout sessions, you'll see how enterprises are deploying AI that reaches the real work and can be trusted to act on it.
Hear from Analyst Alan Pelz-Sharpe on the unvarnished state of enterprise AI including what isn't working across the market.
Learn from technical architects and product owners from Cummins, Blue Origin, BASF and STMicroelectronics on what production actually looked like.
Go under the hood of enterprise AI and discover how to prepare trusted data, orchestrate AI agents, and govern AI at scale with live demos throughout the day.
Join CIOs, CTOs, data and business leaders for a working day focused on operational, governed agentic AI.

One year ago, we used the Wizard of Oz to frame Cummins’ journey with Sinequa. A year later, we are much further down the Yellow Brick Road and Sinequa itself has evolved well beyond enterprise search. This session will revisit the “brain, heart, and courage” of that journey and show how Sinequa and the broader ChapsVision toolset are expanding into part search, expert discovery, richer enterprise knowledge experiences, and an emerging agentic platform designed to support more complete workflows. We will share what changed over the past year, what it took to move from pilot to production, and the practical lessons learned along the way. We have not yet reached Oz, but the road is becoming clearer and Sinequa is becoming a much bigger part of how we intend to get there. Oliver Scott Beard, Principal Technical Architect, AI Systems, Cummins
Marc Dupaquier, Managing Director Artificial Intelligence Solutions, STMicroelectronics

Search is a key enabler for applying generative AI to enterprise knowledge and business information. As AI capabilities become increasingly embedded in Cognitive Search solutions, organizations need practical approaches to manage both user expectations and operating costs. This session shares BASF's experience and lessons learned from evaluating and optimizing AI-assisted Cognitive Search in an enterprise environment. Sebastian Mettenheimer, Product Owner Cognitive Search, BASF
